todayslens.com accepts returns on sunglasses, prescription eyeglasses and frames within 7 business days of the receipt of your purchase. This return policy applies only to unused and unworn eyewear that is still in the original condition. Please note that we do not accept returns on frames under $50.
Since prescription lenses are custom made we can only refund 50% of the lenses cost.
We offer free 2-way shipping on defective items that are marked for return. After receiving a Return Authorization please ship the defective item back to us and we will refund the total shipping cost upon arrival and verification of the defect.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time they are received for returns to be processed and credited. The refund amount will be the item cost less any discounts. We cannot refund shipping charges.
STEPS FOR RETURNING EYEWEAR:
1-Contact us through email or telephone to obtain the required Authorization for your return as well as the return shipping address. Free return shipping will only be applied to orders with prior authorization from our customer service representatives. Orders without prior authorization will be refused and returned at buyer’s expense.
2-Enclose a copy of your original invoice and note the details of your return.
3-Use a traceable method of shipment and ship your return in protective packaging. TODAYSLENS.COM is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
